★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trai a imagem de fiabilidade da marca. Foi indicado um valor de 87€ pelo orçamento caso não quissesse reparar (sem mencionar outras condicoes). Porém, visto que demoraram mais tempo a descobrir os problemas (de 4 questões apenas deram orçamento para uma) ligaram a avisar que teria de pagar um valor hora extra caso quisesse que continuassem a analisar as restantes anomalias.
 It betrays the image of the brand's reliability. A value of 87 € was indicated by the budget in case you did not want to repair (not to mention other conditions). However, since it took them longer to discover the problems (out of 4 questions they only gave a budget for one) they called to warn that they would have to pay an extra hour if they wanted them to continue analyzing the remaining anomalies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento simpático e o carro veio impecável. Tem melhorado muito ao longo destes 15 anos que a utilizo.
O senão é que é difícil que atendam o telefone na oficina. Se vos encaminharem a chamada para o call center, desliguem, que ficam mal servidos.
Friendly service and the car was impeccable. It has improved a lot over the 15 years I've been using it.
The downside is that it's difficult for them to answer the phone in the garage. If you are forwarded the call to the call center, hang up, you are poorly served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprámos viatura VW com extensão de garantia. Agora surgiu uma anomalia e agendámos serviço. Referiram que uma simples mudança de óleo que entretanto fizemos fora da marca constituía uma revisão para poder excluir da garantia e assim pretendiam cobrar 95,00€ só pelo diagnóstico. Recusámos o serviço.
We bought VW vehicle with extended warranty. Now an anomaly has arisen and we have scheduled service. They mentioned that a simple oil change that we did off-brand in the meantime constituted a review to exclude from the warranty and thus intended to charge €95.00 just for the diagnosis. We refused the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazem tudo para recusar responsabilidade. Estou há 2 anos com problemas elétricos que não resolvem. Quando o carro ainda estava em garantia não identificaram corretamente o problema e limitaram-se a trocar a bateria. Os problemas persistem ao longo de dois anos, ao ponto de a bateria colocada deixar de estar em condições. Agora nem a bateria me trocam apesar de já ter ficado várias vezes com o carro imobilizado. Os mecânicos do ACP que me ocorrem dizem-me que a bateria está danificada e tem de ser trocada. Chego a oficina e dizem que a bateria está ótima.
They do everything to refuse responsibility. I've been having electrical problems for 2 years now. When the car was still under warranty, they did not correctly identify the problem and simply changed the battery. Problems persist for two years, to the point that the battery installed is no longer in good condition. Now they don't even change the battery for me, despite having been immobilized several times. The ACP mechanics I can think of tell me that the battery is damaged and needs to be replaced. I arrive at the workshop and they say the battery is fine.
