It was not a nice experience. The criticisms: - Appetizer: the toasted bread in the basket was obviously old bread. Spreads were placed in their original packaging from the shop with a price list. I have never experienced anything so loveless. - Appetizers: was ok, the prawns even very good - Main course: The meat was served raw inside. We had to return it four times until it was edible; a supposedly Portuguese specialty was a pure breadboard with shrimps. In the cheese omelet, a raw egg was wrapped on the cheese, which was only noticed after eating half the omelet. Luckily nothing happened. - Dessert: was very good - Service: as a family of 6, we were the only guests. Nevertheless, the whole thing took 2.5 hours. After 1.5 hours we were asked whether we would like to have potatoes or rice as a side dish with the meat. An emotional low ... - Ambience: From the outside, the flower shop looks nice in the front area. Nothing is to be noticed inside. On the contrary. The landlady has noticed our dissatisfaction and has canceled the appetizers and the dessert. Nevertheless, it was the most expensive bill from the entire stay in Lisbon.

Terrible service. I ordered some pork chops with some chips and the first thing they did was fill the table with things I had not requested. Cheeses, butter, bread, olives, etc ... These snacks, as the reader may guess, are not free. I resisted trying them and they kept me there for almost twenty minutes. I called the waitress and they finally brought me the beer. After a while I was able to eat. The meat was good, but I was not in the mood anymore. Finally they brought me the bill and added the VAT (21% additional), plus the bread and other supplements that I did not want to check because my intention was to get out of that dive. It seems that taking my money had become a personal challenge for the local manager. The meat was good. Yes,

¡NADA RECOMENDABLE! No volveremos. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! They treated us poorly, once we have ordered the food the lady in charge of the place kept insisting in offering other things on the menu and she even put them on the table. We felt tricked, she served us two big codfish plates when only one would have been enough, in fact, we asked if it was okay with one for each one of us, she said it was. Our discontent was evident so she tried to amend it with free salad and water. Very very low quality in relation to the price, too expensive for such a mediocre food: 2€ expired tin loaf bread, bottles of water with brown dirty labels. We won't be back.

Friendly service to our family of four on holiday in Lisbon. Went out of their way to find food for our fussy young kids. Menu also in Spanish / English which helped. Complimentary port and Madeleine cakes after desert.

Nice and friendly service, but unfortunately the food wasn't great. The olives tasted like plastic, and the bread was old. The Alentejo Soup was ok. Not recommended if you're vegetarian..we paid 9,90 for a 0,375 bottle of wine. The patés came in little metal/plastic containers like you get at a buffet or on the airplane. :D

This is a very authentic Portuguese experience! The owners are the only employees you'll find serving at the restaurant and the florist just right next door. Inês and his husband are very kind people, not really business oriented but more people oriented. I'm sure they'll look to serve the best they can as they have been doing with our family for the last years. They're also very flexible.
