Ofereceram me uns sapatos desta loja, ao que fui trocar porque não gostei, ao chegar lá estavam 2 funcionárias a conversar e nenhuma se dirigiu a perguntar se precisava de alguma coisa. Peguei nuns sapatos e perguntei se tinha o meu número, simplesmente me responderam “não temos”, fui ver mais sapatos e perguntei o mesmo, a reposta foi curta e igual “não temos”. Ao que eu é que tive de questionar se dava para mandar vir, responderam me que sim e ficou então a troca por fazer mas com a encomenda do meu número feita. Fiquei logo com uma má impressão do atendimento da loja, e ainda não sabia o que me esperava…
Quando os sapatos chegaram ligaram me e dirigi me à loja, acontece que os sapatos que me oferecem custaram 134€ e os que eu encomendei custavam 61€, ao que me responderam que tinha de efetuar a troca por um artigo de igual valor ou superior,o que está explícito na fatura de compra, caso contrário ficaria sem o valor restante. Perguntei se havia a possibilidade de passarem um vale com o valor restante visto não terem mais nenhuns sapatos que gostasse ou os que gostava não tinha o meu número ao que me recusaram porque “o computador não deixa”.
Perguntei também se queriam chamar alguém de cargo superior para resolver o problema e recusaram se porque “ a resposta vai ser a mesma “.
Por isso aconselho a se comprar algum artigo aqui certifique que não terá de o trocar porque a satisfação do cliente não lhes interessa.
Little variety of shoe sizes, and terrible customer service!
They offered me some shoes from this store, which I changed because I didn't like it, when I got there, there were 2 employees talking and none of them asked if I needed anything. I took some shoes and asked if they had my number, they simply replied “we don't have them”, I went to see more shoes and asked the same, the answer was short and the same as “we don't have them”. To which I had to ask if it was possible to send them, they replied yes and then the exchange remained to be done but with the order of my number done. I immediately got a bad impression of the store’s service, and I still didn’t know what to expect…
When the shoes arrived they called me and I went to the store, it turns out that the shoes they offered me cost 134€ and the ones I ordered cost 61€, to which they replied that I had to exchange them for an item of equal or greater value, what is explicit on the purchase invoice, otherwise it would be without the remaining amount. I asked if there was the possibility of issuing a voucher with the remaining amount as they no longer had any shoes I liked or the ones I liked didn't have my number, which they refused me because “the computer won't let me”.
I also asked if they wanted to call someone higher up to solve the problem and they refused because “the answer will be the same”.
So I advise you if you buy an item here, make sure you don't have to exchange it because customer satisfaction doesn't matter to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady was very friendly, but unfortunately the receipt she provided after taking my passport/personal info which was claimed to be the tax free receipt, did not work at Custom in Porto airport…Custom staff confirmed it was simply a shop receipt, the QR code on the receipt did not pass through the central system of Portuguese Custom, the transaction was not registered.
This comment is to kindly remind the shop keeper that you may want to check the process in place for tax-free clients…It feels very frustrating to go through all hassles at airport and nothing was returned…
