★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uns sapatos que apenas após uma utilização normal fiquei com todos os dedos e calcanhar cheio de bolhas e magou-me os ossos, quase a fazer-me uma joaneta, e inclusive chegou a ferir-me os pés. Fui tentar devolver o sapato, com apenas 7 dias após a compra , e simplesmente não efetuaram a devolução e a desculpa era que o sapato não tinha qualquer defeito aparente e como já o tinha usado não aceitavam a devolução, não trocavam e nem reembolsavam
Pontos negativos da loja:
1 - ao vender qualquer artigo deviam de ter informado a politica da devolução na fatura
2 - Se o cliente não pedir o recibo não o passam

 I bought some shoes that only after normal use left my toes and heels full of blisters and hurt my bones, almost giving me a bunion, and even hurt my feet. I went to try to return the shoe, with only 7 days after the purchase, and they simply did not return it and the excuse was that the shoe had no apparent defect and as I had already used it, they did not accept the return, they did not exchange or refund
Disadvantages of the store:
1 - when selling any item they should have informed the return policy on the invoice
2 - If the customer does not ask for the receipt, they do not issue it
They lost a customer.
