Assisti inclusivamente a alguns deles entrarem por trás do balcão e estarem em amena cavaqueira com o staff. Péssima imagem.
Bad service. Discrimination between private and professional clients. Almost 30 minutes of waiting while professionals arrived and were attended to in front of me. I even watched some of them enter behind the counter and be in a nice cavaqueira with the staff. Poor picture.
