★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja em si é muito bem localizada, muito bem decorada para os torcedores do time quê a loja representa, mas o atendimento é de Extrema má "qualidade"! Sei que sou repetitiva neste aspecto, mas precisamos mudar estas posturas dos vendedores em geral. O atendimento físico ao meu ver é um dos principais motivos que me fazem voltar a um estabelecimento comercial! A gentileza realmente gera gentileza e gentileza é sermos educados, é termos paciência, é termos um sorriso espontâneo (talvez no lugar de um "Bom dia" quê mais parece que vai nos agredir físicamente...), é trabalhar com satisfação e bom humor e assim pôr adiante. E só uma dica: Quem trabalha feliz, as horas passam rápido e quando percebermos já passou o dia e é só esperar para o próximo dia!
The store itself is very well located, very well decorated for the fans of the team that the store represents, but the service is of Extremely bad "quality"! I know I'm repetitive in this aspect, but we need to change these attitudes of salespeople in general. The physical service in my view is one of the main reasons that make me return to a commercial establishment! Kindness really generates kindness and kindness is being polite, having patience, having a spontaneous smile (perhaps instead of a "Good morning" that seems to harm us most physically...), it's working with satisfaction and good humor and so put forward. And just a tip: Whoever works happily, the hours go by quickly and when we realize it, the day is over and just wait for the next day!
