empresa não saber cumprir prazos de execução de projetos .Não sabe ouvir quem esta do outro lado prometendo a entrega de o trabalho a tempo e horas. Pouca humildade e muita conversa.
Vi um tratamento para com empregados muito mal, onde nao sabe ouvir, cativar, ensinar atribuindo a culpa aos tralhadores quando algo não corre bem.A continuar assim, ninguém se aguenta la muito tempo.

Collaborators are impeccable workers, pity the person in charge of
company does not know how to meet project execution deadlines. It does not know how to hear who is on the other side promising to deliver the work on time. Little humility and a lot of conversation.
I saw a treatment for employees very badly, where they do not know how to listen, captivate, teach, blaming the troublemakers when something goes wrong. To continue like this, no one can stand it too long.
