★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei mais de 1 hora preso no elevador. Uma falta de responsabilidade tanto da parte da empresa de elevadores quanto do condomínio. Elevador velho caindo aos pedaços, por sorte não tenho fobia, mas penso nas pessoas que têm e podem até sofrer algo mais grave por uma falha de manutenção preventiva nos elevadores. Não é a primeira vez que isso acontece. Péssimo serviço.
I was stuck in the elevator for over 1 hour. A lack of responsibility on the part of both the elevator company and the condominium. Old elevator falling apart, luckily I have no phobia, but I think of people who have and may even suffer something more serious due to a failure of preventive maintenance in the elevators. It's not the first time that happens. Terrible service.
