Fui reclamar e uma das atendentes foi prestável e me deu algum dinheiro para trás porém a outra foi arrogante.
Fiquei sem maioria do dinheiro.
The automatic washing machine if there is a mistake in the program scheduling and canceling eats the entire balance, not even giving a chance of credit to rectify the error.
I went to complain and one of the attendants was helpful and gave me some money back but the other one was arrogant.
I ran out of most of the money.
