Construida no séc.

It is simple but very beautiful, of forced sight. Built with a Renaissance style maximized with minimalism, it is a cathedral where the beauty of light, columns and whites stand out. The carvings inside are of great quality goldsmith and is a very well-kept monument with ample hours to be seen. You can not leave without seeing the baroque style altarpiece that contrasts with the rest of the place or the murals with the typical Portuguese tiles

Beautiful simple church that is worth visiting if you are stopping by the castle. Lots of blue tile artwork all over the walls, moat of it appears to be original.

Beautiful cloisters tiled in beautiful portuguese tiles. Whilst impressive, the building is in desperate need of some TLC. The paintings are all in poor condition. None I'd the interesting archeological exhibits have explanatory notes in English... The cover charge of 2 euro is small. Maybe it should be increased so the saving of the paintings and building can be accelerated. Worth a visit but don't expect to be in awe
