V	Valentin Guillot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'arnaque est bien rodée, on vous présente d'abord une carte avec des prix dans la moyenne des autres restaurants de la ville, puis le serveur se présente à vous avec une "excellente proposition" qui ne figure pas sur la carte, ce qui vous fera une belle surprise au moment de payer (130€ pour quatre personnes juste pour le poisson). Évidemment, nous aurions pu nous renseigner pour ça. Là où ça ne passe vraiment pas, c'est que l'on nous as fourni tous les suppléments payants alors que nous n'avions rien demandé, qu'il a fallu payer 152€ en liquide (pas de cb) et que le deuxième serveur était clairement antipathique. Sinon le poisson était délicieux, comme partout à Ericeira. The scam is well established, you are first presented with a menu with average prices for other restaurants in the city, then the waiter comes to you with an "excellent proposal" that is not on the menu. which will give you a nice surprise when you pay (130 € for four people just for the fish). Obviously, we could have inquired about that. Where it really does not work is that we were provided with all the paid supplements when we had not asked for anything, that we had to pay 152 € in cash (no cb) and that the second server was clearly unfriendly. Otherwise the fish was delicious, like everywhere in Ericeira.

When we went to ask for more information, the manager of the restaurant was very arrogant and paid no attention for clarifying of issues. Besides, none of the kitchen staff are wearring protective masks. Food was fresh but not worth the price.

We multiple times asked when our food was read, but never came. The problem is in the kitchen and management because the waiters looked completely lost and overworked. Those guys deserved better.

The guys working where pretty nice but the girl was a thorn on your behind. First me and my girlfriend was not informed that we were not able to pay by any other card than Portuguese cards. Then we politely said we would go to the ATM and come back. Thre woman had the gut to basically force one of us to stay. Treating us like common thieves when they failed to inform us from the start. Then as I went she was standing by the staircase guarding my girlfriend. Not the kind of experience you want as a paying customer. I hope the restaurant sinks with her at the steering wheel. I also hope she reads this so she can feel as terrible as she treated us. I'm the mirror for you to view your own ugly reflection in.
