★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We go there today earlier in the morning 4am. Pay to the taxi 17.50€. Wait for long time. After the Goverment workers come There. I get the First no ticket after i go inside she said no need chop on your indian pcc. I was so confused at that moment and After me More indian peolple goes inside for their papper work for getting alcantra chop on their indian pcc. But she refused to do for them aslo. She just said no need india pcc chop its good and its can work with sef without general off ministry chop. I have my sef appointment dont know what gona happen with me on that day now. Because i dnt get the chop on my indian pcc.

In my home country poor we dont through people waiting outside in street!.. more funny queue numbers are written by hand :))..cannot believe this is affairs document administration work..sadly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ only open from 9 to 12h30. and the craziest thing is it only attends 40 people per day and the queue line are formed by hundreds. came here at 8am and waited till 9 to get a ticket and i am tell there are no more tickets for today!! what!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They told me I'm in Portugal they speak Portuguese but you are the secretary general of ministry of foreign affairs not a minimarket on a small town, they need capable people for the job it's a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?? So, if you've came across this place like me for attestion(stamp) on your PCC, and only if you're INDIAN, you don't need to go.
The apostile that SEF accepts from indians is from Patiala House Delhi india. This place does not offer Stamp of Apostile to Indias anymore, The Reason is a picture shared by the wonderful very friendly security guy that i will leave here.
P.S. Nepali and Bangladeshi people can still go there. You need to take online appointment if you want the stamp on the spot otherwise you need to send the PCC/Documents via post to their adress after which you can go and collect by yourself in 10 days minimum.
Fees are 10 to 14€ not sure exactly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the fastest service provider in portugal. I went for declaration of attested copy for my marriage certificate and the officer inside took my papers and called my name to pay. That’s it. It took only 10 minutes to complete the task. Thanks a lot and God Bless you all.
