★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esquece a marcação que não serve nada pra eles aqui tens que ter muita paciência demoram muitas horas pra carregar no meu caso foi 5 horas até chamar e 2 horas pra carregar e papeis mais 40 minutos
Forget the appointment that is of no use to them here you have to have a lot of patience it takes many hours to load in my case it was 5 hours to call and 2 hours to load and papers another 40 minutes

Te trata como a un insecto! Si me pilla un día malo se lía bien gorda!
Horrible and the worst is not the many hours of waiting. It is the treatment of the nice guy who takes the papers from you and talks to you as if he were your father.
Treats you like an insect! If he catches me one bad day, he gets really fat!
