★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent SEF! I didn't visit any other SEF before so can't compare this SEF with any office. But standalone this SEF is amazing, officers are very friendly and welcoming. If you don't speak Portuguese it won't be a big problem as I have seen they try to attend people in English as well. My overall experience in the SEF was good, so they deserve *****. I received my card in 10 calendar days!
