★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the most irresponsible, and unhelpful SEF services. we had an appointment there and we went from Lisbon to Viseu. But when we arrived, they said that they are close for today as someone had corona virus in the morning. They did not even bother calling the people in the afternoon to not to come and say that the appointments are cancelled. they were inside and had the phone and all the contacts since 10 am. Our appointment was in the afternoon at around 16. they could easily call and save our time and money of such a long trip. Furthermore they did not even take any step to compensate their shortage and did not make any appointment for us. we had to call SEF and wait again for another appointment. If you are not from Viseu and don't live there, don't choose this center at any cost.
