★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento ao balcão foi 5 estrelas, mas a organização da entrada, uma autêntica bagunça, sendo que a pessoa com essa função, demonstrou pouca simpatia, e pouca educação, demonstrando falta de conhecimentos técnicos. Dando informações diferentes para resolver assuntos iguais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente muito mal educada, não tem nenhuma paciência em explicar as pessoas sobre as coisas, inclusive pessoas de outras nacionalidades que não entendem o sistema da segurança social, foi horrível ver a maneira como ela estava a tratar os africanos que estavam a minha frente a pedir ajuda a ela com problemas que estavam a ter. Um desrespeito e descaso com os seres humanos, chegou a um ponto que ela disse "será que estou a falar chinês com você?!" a um senhor que não estava a entender a pergunta dela sobre o passaporte do senhor.
Very rude attendant, has no patience to explain things to people, including people of other nationalities who do not understand the social security system, it was horrible to see the way she was treating the Africans who were in front of me asking help her with problems they were having. A disrespect and disregard for human beings, it got to the point where she said "Am I speaking Chinese to you?!" to a gentleman who was not understanding her question about your passport.
