★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible company, you will regret having saved a couple of € whenever you need something from them. Not responsive, not professional. They actually refused to contact the owner of the car that hit me in order not to pay.

Why is it because they given me the quotation of €172, when I made payment then they called me and said you have to pay 59 more Euros because you not faling in that category. Any way I am using their services but this is not the way. What ever you commit you have to stay with it.

That, however can differ from a vehicle to another, so please make sure to simulate your case in order to have an accurate pricing/service.
They do provide a good simulator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst car insurance company I have ever had to deal with in over 20 years of driving. To start off they renewed my policy without any notice (and at a higher price than the previous year despite me having made no claims). After trying to get hold of a representative for over 5 hours I finally managed to speak to someone who apologised and said they would send me some vouchers. Nothing was ever received. They then refused to return any of my funds when I sold my car and cancelled my policy with them. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. Avoid them at all costs.
