Excellent cheese !!! mix SERRAS DE PENELA, your job is to take your hat off, I always buy this cheese on the continent, it is 5 stars although some lots are better than others, the best ones are undoubtedly slightly sour.

I bought a spicy Penela Serras Cheese and it came full of mold and only tastes like potatoes and smells of bleach.
