Although they NEVER answered the phone, the appointment service worked flawlessly. Very friendly/helpful staff. Face-to-face service at the appointed time, without delays.

I was attended by appointment. The only drawback is that you lose days of paper entry. The service level was perfect, a lot of friendliness, efficiency and speed. In less than 15 minutes I was done.
