★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em tempos que correm já mal mas há que compreender, contudo a informação nem sempre é a melhor. Tudo isto porque o número mais em destaque era o 21 qualquer coisa. O verdadeiro ao qual responderam logo, está escrito a caneta muito escondido. Após ter descoberto esse, a pessoa que me atendeu foi bastante simpática e resolvi a questão facilmente, daí juntar mais uma estrela. Apesar de agradecer desde já a quem me atendeu pela simpatia, não posso deixar de criticar a falta de informação e como ela nos é apresentada. Afinal de contas num país com tanta burocracia, estas falhas são coisa para perder a paciência. Num sitio onde à uns anos quando estava na fila para entregar o IRS, e um dos funcionários abriu a porta mais cedo e começou a atender é de louvar. O pior é que depois disso também já vi coisas menos boas mas, vamos ser positivos. Também são sítios onde não se gosta de ir, normalmente é para pagar.

Although I would like to thank those who attended to me for their sympathy, I cannot fail to criticize the lack of information and how it is presented to us. After all, in a country with so much bureaucracy, these failures are something to lose patience with. In a place where a few years ago when I was in line to deliver the IRS, and one of the employees opened the door earlier and started to answer, it is to be commended. The worst thing is that after that I also saw less good things, but let's be positive. They are also places where you don't like to go, it is usually to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrary to what one Reviewer said, this is the proper location, I have posted the proper hours 9:00 to 3:30 M-F. Perhaps it was not the proper location when the Reviewer posted but it is all correct now. I was just there this morning at 9:10 AM.

Really appreciate it. Highly recommended to book an appointment online and ring the bell outside when arrived (during COVID, I guess).
