São 5.23 e um paciente das urgências precisou de ir ao WC e 3 enfermeira que estavam em amena cavaqueira não quiseram acompanhar o paciente e mandaram a acompanhante. E por isto que fazem greves? É este o excesso de trabalho desassr? Tenham vergonha e trabalhem para merecem o que ganham há gente a trabalhar de verdade e a ganhar uma miséria.
It is 5.23 and a patient from the emergency room needed to go to the toilet and 3 nurses who were in pleasant weather did not want to accompany the patient and sent the companion. Is that why they strike? Is this overworking unsafe? Be ashamed and work to deserve what you earn, there are people working for real and making a living.

Pavilhão de exames de urologia: 1 - Lavabo de apoio, ao exame, em deploráveis condições de higiene e limpeza (chão inundado de urina recente e com horas (ressequida); chão, parcialmente, atapetado com papéis, provenientes do caixote tombado! Foi para este "cenário" que me enviaram após o exame! 2 - A médica não me pediu autorização para a presença de um "observador". 3 - "Desconhecimento", "distracção" ou "confiança no desconhecimento dos direitos do utente"?
Urology Examination Pavilion: 1 - Restroom for the examination, in deplorable hygiene and cleanliness conditions (floor flooded with recent urine and with hours (dry); floor, partially carpeted with papers, from the overturned crate! It was for this "scenario" that I sent after the exam! 2 - The doctor did not ask me for authorization for the presence of an "observer". 3 - "Lack of knowledge", "distraction" or "trust in not knowing the user's rights"?

Schlimmste Notaufnahme die ich in meinem Leben kennengelernt habe. Beim ersten Mal wurden wir völlig falsch aufgenommen und daher in ein anderes Haus geschickt. Nachdem wir wieder zurück kamen wurde uns im Screening unterstellt, dass wir beim ersten Mal einen anderen Grund genannt haben. Wir waren insgesamt über 6 Stunden dort. Nach dem Screening wird man nur in Portugiesisch ausgerufen was man wirklich nicht versteht wenn man kein Portugiesisch kann. So weiß man nicht wohin man muss. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich. Total unkoordiniert - ich würde anderen NICHT diese Notaufnahme empfehlen!!!
Worst emergency room I have known in my life. The first time we were received completely wrongly and therefore sent to another house. After we came back it was assumed in the screening that we had given a different reason the first time. We were there for over 6 hours in total. After the screening you will only be called out in Portuguese, which you really don't understand if you don't speak Portuguese. So you don't know where to go. The staff is very rude. Totally uncoordinated - I would NOT recommend this emergency room to anyone else !!!

Me senti segura e bem tratada pelos médicos e do serviço de urgência/ambulância. Meu caso no final não foi grave, mas tive toda atenção e suporte para verificar se o que tinha era sério deste a ambulância até a saída. A Dr. Catarina foi muito paciente e atenciosa (fez muitas perguntas, exame) Tem demora como em qualquer serviço de hospital público no meio da madrugada (3h no total) pois possuem muitos casos a gerenciar, incluindo muitos alcoolizados sem muita consciência, acredito que estes profissionais deveriam receber altos salários e muito reconhecimento por todo stress e trabalho que tem.
I felt safe and well treated by the doctors and the emergency/ambulance service. My case in the end was not serious, but I had all the attention and support to verify that what I had was serious from the ambulance to the exit. Dr. Catarina was very patient and attentive (she asked a lot of questions, exams) There is a delay like in any public hospital service in the middle of the night (3 hours in total) because they have many cases to manage, including many alcoholics without much awareness, I believe that these professionals should receive high salaries and a lot of recognition for all the stress and work they have.
