★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de uma declaraçao para fazer mestrado em Espanha, qdo liguei a primeira coisa que uma funcionaria com o nome de Vania me disse era que isso nao existia essa declaração, voltei a fazer uma segunda tentativa, novamente essa Vania disse que tal declaração na existia, ate á terceira tentativa um funcionario de nome Antonio Crispin indicou-me o que fazer para conseguir a declaração. ja tenho a declaração... temos de levar com funcionários como essa Vania a nos atrapalhar a vida... alem de que tem a secretaria quase vazia, mas para levantar uma simples declaração, é necessário marcar... sinceramente, o que vale é que existem alguns funcionários eficientes.

Péssimo atendimento, quando atendem.
