Têm seis postos para atender, partilhando a máquina. Estão duas funcionárias desde manhã em que uma só faz entrega de cartões e outra atende. Começaram pelos prioritários. E assim continuam. Péssimo!!! At 9:26 after being twenty minutes in line to get the password ... I'm number 34. It's almost 14h and still going to number 22! Lack of tremendous organization !!! Julgo que os funcionários publicos aproveitam-se da pandemia para não fazerem nada. A real shame. You cannot make an appointment over the phone. Flame calls but no one answers. I am illegal because of state entities. I think public officials are taking advantage of the pandemic to do nothing.

Evitem ao máximo ir a este registro porque não sabem Lidar com pessoas. The service is terrible, xenophobic, Mr Rui Nogueira did not know how to explain any of the documents I needed, he was extremely rude. They asked me to bring someone who speaks Portuguese and only then they will help me. I then visited the IRN office in Setúbal and the staff was very helpful . Even though I do not speak Portuguese, they did their best to help me out.
