A	Armando Dias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um contacto , directamente á empresa Shamir, para reclamar sobre um defeito de umas lentes, que tinham acabado a garantia de 2 anos, seja tinha passado 2 meses após esse período , pelo motivo da loja onde foram vendidas dizer que só recebia reclamações dentro da garantia, do qual mandou contactar directamente o laboratório, para expor o defeito , assim o fiz para o atendimento do tlf ao publico geral, dai a resposta de não receberem reclamações , e que só o fazem se as lentes tiverem dentro da garantia, pelo que percebi que as lentes são feitas para durar pouco mais de 2 anos para assim serem substituídas, dai haver muita comercialização. É lamentável haver estas empresas só a pensar em lucros faceis com a saúde das pessoas.... I made a contact, directly to the company Shamir, to complain about a defect in some lenses, which had ended the warranty of 2 years, that was 2 months after that period, for the reason of the store where they were sold to say that they only received complaints within the warranty, from which he had the laboratory contacted directly, to expose the defect, so I did it to attend the tlf to the general public, give the answer of not receiving complaints, and that they only do it if the lenses are within the warranty, so I realized that the lenses are made to last just over 2 years to be replaced, so there is a lot of commercialization. It is unfortunate to have these companies just thinking about easy profits with people's health ....

No terceiro dia eu tive de fazer reclamação, foi verificado que as lentes estavam prismaticas muito acima das tolerâncias, foi feito a substituição. Mas eu dou 1 estrela, devido ao facto de uma empresa no ramo da saúde, facilitar a comercialização de lentes que poderiam prejudicar a minha saúde visual, caso eu não tivesse o interesse de exigir a verificação e troca do produto. I purchased some Shamir Millennium lenses. On the third day I had to make a complaint, it was verified that the lenses were prismatic much above the tolerances, the replacement was made. But I give it 1 star, due to the fact that a company in the health field facilitates the sale of lenses that could harm my visual health, if I didn't have the interest to demand verification and exchange of the product.

I'm writting here bcs it's impossible to send opinion in polish google. Polish company blocked wrong all sentencion, but Employees give them selves 5 stars. It's funny but it's true !!! :))) Maybe someone in Portugal want speak with me about this problems? The lens is very low quality, standard of stocks exceeded, It's drama !!! The employee claims that everything is ok - The client cannot use glasses because he cannot see. I don't recommend !!!
