★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Del alojamiento en si no puedo opinar, pero si tenéis algún problema no os lo van a solucionar, ni siquiera responden los mensajes, ni te dan ninguna alternativa. Sólo les interesa cobrar….no lo recomiendo.
I cannot comment on the accommodation itself, but if you have a problem they will not solve it, they will not even answer the messages, nor will they give you any alternative. They are only interested in charging….I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atencion. No pudimos ir por covid y en vez de darnos alguna opcion pasaron de nosotros. Ni por booking ni correos ni por telefono. No pediamos reembolso completo, pero alguna opcion para cuando vayamos el mes q viene. Y si la respuesta era negativa, almenos que dieran la cara.
Very bad attention. We couldn't go because of covid and instead of giving us an option they passed us by. Neither by booking nor by mail nor by phone. We do not ask for a full refund, but some option for when we go next month. And if the answer was negative, at least they showed their faces.

Esa misma semana dimos positivo por COVID, después de intentar contactar con el establecimiento y simplemente pedir algún tipo de descuento para una próxima visita a Oporto, se limitaron a cancelar la reserva por Booking. Después ya no han contestado ni a los correos.
We made a reservation for the weekend of 03/25. That same week we tested positive for COVID, after trying to contact the establishment and simply asking for some kind of discount for an upcoming visit to Porto, they simply canceled the reservation through Booking. They haven't even replied to emails since.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean apartment. I stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. It is on -1 level but because it sits on hill all rooms and lounges had opening windows. Lounge and dining area is bit cramed but family if 3~4 can easily manage. The cleanliness is a top notch. but not having bodywash+shampoo was bit disappointing.
