No dia em que aceitaram administração do condominio, o mesmo estava em condições precárias e muito preocupantes com dividas brutais tornando ingerivel a situação. Quero agradecer o serviço prestado e empenho.tendo tornado o prédio e a vida do condominio mais tranquila e estruturada.
For about 10 years they provided services to the condominium with transparency, professionalism and rigor. The day they accepted administration of the condominium, it was in precarious conditions and very worrying about brutal debts making the situation ingestible. I want to thank the service and commitment. Having made the building and the life of the condominium more peaceful and structured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada contra esta empresa, mas deveriam estacionar as suas viaturas de serviço noutro local, porque estão a ocupar os lugares dos contribuintes / moradores de São Marcos. Que tão poucos lugares existem.
Nothing against this company, but they should park their service vehicles elsewhere, because they are occupying the places of taxpayers / residents of São Marcos. That so few places exist.
