Poor service. A whole year and nothing that was in the record was done. Always changing the building manager and without communication between them. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foram buscar mais de mil euros à conta do condomínio para supostas obras, até hoje nunca apresentaram qualquer fatura dessas mesmas obras. Passado seis meses propuseram obras no valor de mais alguns milhares de euros para reparar as mesmas coisas. Sem provas no contrário, acredito que os primeiros mil euros serviram para as férias da Sra. Santos.
They went to get more than a thousand euros from the condominium's account for supposed works, until today they have never presented any invoice for these same works. After six months they proposed works worth a few thousand more euros to repair the same things. Without proof to the contrary, I believe that the first thousand euros were used for Mrs. Santos' vacation.
