★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prestam-se a colaborar em ilegalidades como sejam administrar um prédio em compropriedade como se fosse um condomínio, sem o acordo de todos os comproprietarios, e em prol dos interesses de um grupo de comproprietarios que explora o prédio "comercialmente", proporcionando a fruição do mesmo a estranhos,
designadamente turistas, contra a vontade de outros comproprietarios, em prejuízo destes e ignorando o fim próprio do mesmo, de resto consignado na descrição predial respectiva.
Indo ao ponto de, através de escritório de advogados supostamente avençado, ameaçar os comproprietarios que não acatam as ilegalidades da actuação da administração.
They lend themselves to collaborate in illegal activities such as managing a building in co-ownership as if it were a condominium, without the agreement of all the co-owners, and in the interests of a group of co-owners who exploit the building "commercially", providing the enjoyment of the even to strangers,
namely, tourists, against the will of other co-owners, to the detriment of these and ignoring the purpose of the same, which is further stated in the respective building description.
Going to the point that, through a supposedly avenue of lawyers, threaten co-owners who do not accept the illegalities of the administration's actions.
