Sem resposta na loja online após encomenda feita e paga, tive de ir duas vezes à loja física pois na primeira visita não estava ninguém apesar de ser no horário de atendimento, quando finalmente consegui ser atendido foi uma eternidade até ter a encomenda pronta para levar..
Pessoalmente o atendimento até foi simpático mas na resposta aos emails e aqui no Google deixou um pouco a desejar..
Com base nesta experiência não tenho muita vontade de regressar.
 Possibly it was a bad timing but the whole shopping experience in this store was bad..
No response from the online store after the order was placed and paid, I had to go to the physical store twice because on the first visit there was no one despite the opening hours, when I finally managed to be served, it was an eternity until I had the order ready to take away. .
Personally, the service was friendly, but in response to emails and here on Google, it left a little to be desired...
Based on this experience, I don't really want to go back.
