★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es geht hier nur um das schnelle Geld beim Verkauf, Kundenservice oder Unterstützung anschliessend bei Problemen gleich null.
Heizung funktioniert im Dezember nicht, aber eine Woche später würde sich darum gekümmert. Dafür sollen aber 250€ fällig werden ohne zu wissen was das Problem überhaupt ist.
 It's all about quick money with sales, customer service or support afterwards with zero problems.
Heating does not work in December but would be taken care of a week later. But 250 € should be due for this without knowing what the problem is.
