j	john campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left them an email requesting a test and did not get a reply. I tried to telephone many times but they do not answer the telephone. Do not be fooled by the slick website in two languages. This is an unprofessional and amateurish outfit. You only have 72 hours within which to obtain a PCR test. You don't need the stress of trying to deal with this lot. Avoid.

This company is the most unprofessional I have ever experienced in my life : no confirmation of appointment, no information about the address (turns out they showed up at the hostel and did the test in the hallway), they gave me the wrong amount to pay and they didn’t notice me about their mistake, I almost missed my flight because I didn’t get the results on time. We had to ask 4 different persons to call them in Portuguese language to get answers. There is a lack of communication and professionalism. I advise you to pay more for a less stressful covid test experience.

By 11:30 a member of staff called me booking a home sample collection for 1pm/1:30pm in Sintra. At 1pm they were at the door taking a sample, they took literally 2 min and left. The staff was very professional and sympathetic! By 6pm they sent me all the payment details and At 1am I had the test result! 12 hrs after the collection. Absolutely fantastic! Much cheaper than any other, they go to home and everything is done in 12 hrs! Highly recommended!

Called the place they say it is normal, i traveled with antigen from other countries and had no issue to add to the green european pass but it was not done in Portugal

Spent five minutes searching lobby looking for this person, who passed me twice and could see I was looking for him. Extremely rude. Don’t use these people.

Took my rapid test at 9:52 am, and still waiting for the results, in spite calling multiple times, where after hours of no answer, after finally getting through after 4pm, they kept promising to send it,and still its 5:15pm and nothing. Horrible experience
J	Janny Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 20 min cab ride from downtown Lisbon but worth it as we could only find PCR testing for 100 euros +. We were able to make an appointment and pay online. When we arrived the process took five minutes and be sure to bring your passport. Results arrived almost 12 hours later via email.

The representative I spoke with was very calm and very patient in the spelling of my name and ensuring every letter was correctly spelt using countries to represent each letter. It was super fun to listen to the names of countries I hear on CNN. I rate their English support representative five stars. Second, the test took about 5minutes, so I was out of there super early. Also, my PCR result was out in exactly 12 hours, and to confirm if the QR code works perfectly, I used my iPhone QR reader, which brought out every detail on my test report. I am very satisfied with the services rendered at Sigma Saúde. They are excellent and trusted professionals.
