G	Gary G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PAY FOR THE PARKING UPFRONT! If you want to pay the cheap daily price (13€ for 24 hours) go to the parking attendant office (with the ticket in hand), right after you parked, and pay in advance.

E	Erik K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can park here for longer periods and for acceptable prices. We parked there for 72 hours and payed reasonable 31,50€. To get this price you have to park your car, immediately go to the reception office in the ground floor, say how long you want to park and pay in advance. In my understanding the only reason to design it like this is that many people will not do it right on their first visit. If you don't pay in advance you are forced to pay much higher prices than the advertisement lists. So good parking but shabby practice.
I	Iryna Nikitenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE CAREFUL! It's a place where you can be cheated! We parked our auto for 3 days there. According to the information on the main board the parking for 3 days should cost around 30 EUR. But we got the bill almost for 80 EUR! The staff told us that the reason for this is that we didn`t buy a special parking prepaid card. Without this card parking costs twice as expensive! But there is no information about this on the main board! It is only written that there is a POSSIBILITY to buy the parking prepaid card IF YOU WANT, but there is neither information why you may need the card, nor prices for parking without the card. The staff was not friendly or helpful as well. I am terribly disappointed with such weird tricks to get more money from the tourists.

A	Albert Uchytil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to park in Porto. In case of parking the car for longer period, go get the pre-paid ticket for 24 hours or more at the reception. One minor drawback might be that they only accept cash at the reception. However, they let us go get the cash from a nearby ATM. The ATM at the facility somehow didn't let us withdraw any cash (neither Revolut nor debit card from regular foreign bank worked for us).
K	Kamil Gregorczyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PAY IN ADVANCE, it is mentioned on the ticket but in Portuguese, if you’d like to stay for more than 20 hours you should go and pay in advance (2 days is 21 euro) otherwise you will be paying normal hourly rate which could give you >50 eur bill for 2 days. I paid on the 0 floor at the information
