★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completamente enganados pela agencia com o sr Ricardo Silva, alugamos uma coisa quando chegamos nao era nada do que tinha dito, completamente insensivel a situação e muito menos a resolve la, ainda por mais temos uma criança. Recusou devolver o dinheiro que pagamos. Alerta para todos.
 Completely misled by the agency with Mr. Ricardo Silva, we rented something when we arrived was not anything I had said, completely insensitive the situation and much less solving it, even more we have a child. Refused to return the money we paid. Alert for all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne surtout pas louer de maison de vacances avec cette compagnie et encore moins avec Ricardo. Nous avons louer une maison avec eux cet été et ce fut des vacances gâchées. Tout d'abord la maison était pleine d'humidité et Ricardo na rien fait pour arranger cela après plusieurs plainte. Cetait tellement humide que les matelas étaient mouillés tout les soir... La maison était censé pouvoir accueillir 10 personnes et nous avons eu que 3 transat pour la piscine. J'ai pourtant demandé à Ricardo 2/3 fois de nous en ramener et jamais il ne l'a fait!! Et pour finir j'ai relance plusieur fois Ricardo pour avoir une facture et j'attend toujours.. Je vous déconseille vraiment de louer une villa avec eux si vous voulez passer de bonne vacances.
Do not rent a holiday home with this company and even less with Ricardo. We rented a house with them this summer and it was a spoiled vacation. First of all the house was full of moisture and Ricardo did nothing to fix this after several complaints. It was so humid that the mattresses were wet all night ... The house was supposed to accommodate 10 people and we had only 3 sun loungers for the pool. I asked Ricardo 2/3 times to bring us back and he never did! And finally I rerun several times Ricardo to have a bill and I'm still waiting .. I really advise you to rent a villa with them if you want a good holiday.
