E o horário de atendimento está desatualizado também, seria 16:15 segundo o que me informaram! Obrigada The people on the site are extremely friendly and attentive but update the name of this location to your latest SIMAS name, as I went to stores farther from my residence unnecessarily! It sounds incredible, but it's true. I spent hours on the phone calling Amadora's simas, no one answers. It's a case of saying: the taxpayer pays and is poorly served !!!!

Desde o gerente que é do piorio às empregadas deste serviço. Falta formação de atendimento ao cliente e sentimento humano. São pessoas frias sem réstia de humanidade. Simply terrible! Poorly educated, ill-trained employees speak loudly and help NOTHING! Bad experience, I don't recommend it and I just speak badly! From the manager who is the worst to the employees of this service. Em resposta diz-me uma funcionária que deve-se a obras de manutenção e que no local está uma comunicação! Simplesmente absurdo. Estando em confinamento as pessoas devem sair de casa para saber se vai ou não haver obras e consequente corte de água. Estamos bem servidos com este Simas. pois claro. Simas cuts off water (18/02/2021) without any warning. In response, an employee tells me that it is due to maintenance works and that there is a communication on site! Simply absurd. Being in confinement, people should leave the house to know whether or not there will be works and consequent water cut. We are well served with this Simas. of course.
