★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attrape-touristes !!! Ils vous attendent juste à la gare pour vous proposer leurs visites guidées à 20€/personnes, et peuvent vous vendre des tickets pour les monuments de Sintra avec leur commission ! Exemple: les tickets pour le parc du château de Pena vient 7,50€ et ils vous les vendent à plus de 8€...
Pour ma part, j'ai acheté des tickets pour le Palacio national de Sintra et ils se sont trompés de tickets ! À l'arrivée, les personnes de l'accueil du Palais nous ont dit d'aller les rembourser, mais l'agence était déjà fermée à 17h.
Fuyez !!!
Tourist trap !!! They are just waiting for you at the station to offer you their guided tours at 20 € / person, and can sell you tickets for the monuments of Sintra with their commission! Example: tickets for the park of Pena Castle come for € 7.50 and they sell them to you for more than € 8 ...
For my part, I bought tickets for the Palacio national de Sintra and they got the wrong tickets! On arrival, the people at the reception of the Palace told us to go and reimburse them, but the agency was already closed at 5 p.m.
Run away !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found Rita at the desk of this "Official Ticket Office" (MEO Blue Ticket) store on Oct 6th, 2021 at 12:45pm! She got the money but didn't serve us even half of the entire committed services! She didn't answer her phone anymore and left us in the middle of no where! Then, several peers called her as we requested them, and she simply said I am not working for the rest of the day! Even didn't bother to ask one of them to take care of us!
Stay away from Rita, or DO NOT pay her in advance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iris is the key employee here and she is so nice and helpful to tourists and honest about what is worth seeing.
I came in her after being ripped off by ScottURB Hop On Hop Off bus company just down the street, who sold me a voucher online that turns out not to be a voucher at all but an actual timed ticket that would expire in less than an hour.
Iris showed me a map of Sintra and told me I could walk to two of the main attractions without a bus. I will be coning tomorrow to purchase a guided tour and driver from her.
