Hoje, 5 d março 021 , fui mostrar umas meias c defeitos e a resposta foi q não era da responsabilidade da loja e q certamente eu as tinha metido num secador de roupa. Realço q não fui pedir nada ,só fui mostrar um produto defeituoso . A partir daqui tivemos uma troca d palavras desagradáveis pois acho q ao fim d 7 anos a comprar naquele espaço merecia umas palavras de atenção e não de acusação quanto á boa manutenção do produto em causa .
Dificilmente voltarei ao espaço mesmo sendo ao lado de minha casa .?
I have been a customer for seven years and have always been treated with relative friendliness.
Today, March 5, 021, I went to show some socks and defects and the answer was that it was not the responsibility of the store and that I had certainly put them in a clothes dryer. I highlight that I didn't ask for anything, I just went to show a defective product. From here we had an exchange of unpleasant words because I think that after 7 years of buying in that space deserved a few words of attention and not of accusation as to the good maintenance of the product in question.
I will hardly return to space even though it is next to my house. ”
