★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before landing my current job, back in the early 2019, I got to know Flávia Costa, working as a recruiter, for SKILLINK (back then, Captain Recruiter was the name). Even though I did not make it to the next phase of the process, Flávia always showed great professionalism, dedication, and also exhilarating optimist about me and my future career aspirations. She even provided me with actual and direct feedback (twice, I believe) after the interview, which is unfortunately not very common in Portugal. Truth be told, we both left that interview happier. I wish Flávia and SKILLINK the absolute best. You guys rock!
