A massagem realizou-se com várias interrupções pois a massagista ausentava-se pois estava com tosse. A certa altura saiu , novamente com tosse e não voltou mais...fiquei sem saber se a massagem tinha terminado ou não. Entretanto, vem outra funcionária oferecer-me um chá. Quando trouxe o chá questionei se a massagem já tinha terminado e foi confirmado que sim. Ritual do chá: um bule com água quente e chá. Muito fraco. Odyssey Experience - Massage with hot candles and tea ritual. The massage took place with several interruptions because the masseuse was absent because she was coughing. At some point he left, again with a cough and never came back ... I didn't know if the massage was over or not. Meanwhile, another employee comes to offer me tea. When I brought the tea I asked if the massage was over and it was confirmed that it was. Tea ritual: a teapot with hot water and tea. Very weak.

Visitei o espaço sem qualquer referência e o resultado foi positivo.A profissional Jessica, usa de uma técnica infalível ao rigor e como tal resultados excelentes! Atendimento acompanhado de um staff fantástico desde a simpatia ao acolhimento ... Muitas boas energias!!! Muita gratidão e um bem hajam! A repetir :-) Recomendo... Ligo para lá, quem atendeu diz que vai falar com a colega e me liga já. Passaram 3 dias. Ligo hoje para falar com a responsavel, não estava e quando chegasse me ligava. Até agora... Enfim, não deve precisar de clientes. Fiz o skinbuster, não vale a pena. Passou um mês e nenhum resultado. Ia marcar uma nova sessão a ver se melhorava mas talvez seja melhor ficar por aqui. E queria reclamar desde o procedimento em si até ao resultado final que foi desastroso. Já havia feito micro no Brasil 1 ano antes. E quis retocar. Vi na internet que tinham nesta clínica tinha esse procedimento e marquei. Fui a uma consulta de avalição e depois fui fazer o retoque. Durante o retoque entraram várias vezes na sala a falar que a profissional estava atrasada e que tinham que encerrar a clínica! A meio do procedimento!!! Resumindo..com tanta pressão e num procedimento tão minucioso com agulhas o resultado final foi o que se viu, péssimo. Fiquei com as sobrancelhas com uma sombra em baixo e fora do alinhamento da minha sobrancelha natural e micropigmentada! Muito mal feita E quando confronto a profissional a mesma alega ser defeito meu (e não do produto e técnica dela) com uma mensagem que parece ser standard para todas as clientes insatisfeitas ! Com vários argumentos a descartar se de culpas. Incompetência da profissional e das pessoas da clínica que entraram na sala várias vezes e pressionaram ambas as pessoas que lá estavam! Experiência péssima que me causou prejuízo e muitos problemas. I did a procedure at this clinic with the Jessica Chastel Micropigmenter. During the retouching they entered the room several times saying that the professional was late and that they had to close the clinic! Halfway through the procedure !!! In short.with so much pressure and in such a thorough procedure with needles, the end result was what we saw, terrible. I got my eyebrows with a shadow below and out of alignment of my natural and micropigmented eyebrow! Very poorly done And when I confront the professional, she claims to be my defect (and not her product and technique) with a message that seems to be standard for all dissatisfied customers! With several arguments to be blamed. Incompetence of the professional and of the people of the clinic who entered the room several times and put pressure on both people who were there! Bad experience that caused me losses and many problems.
