Excellent service. I went for laser hair removal and plan to go back to other services. The atmosphere is really nice and the staff seems to be all very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t believe you really answered that. I was actually quite happy to see that, after my complaint, someone came back to me to apologise and I was even thinking on changing my rate. But after reading that I came in with acne and already with infected areas, I can’t admit this type of lies. It is just not true, I don’t have acne and even less an infection. You created an infection and I’ve sent you a couple of pictures because I was seriously concerned but you told me to wait at least 3 months to see if there were marks left. Obviously after using for weeks Matricium and cicaplast, is cured now! Thanks for destroying my face for days and blaming me, great customer’s experience, by the way, after spending 60€ last Tuesday in Your shop! You’re welcome.
