Deixei de comprar lá e passei a comprar no Kiosque da Aviação. Recomendo a 100%, ao contrario destes.. Very expensive products. Service a bit lousy. They always encourage you to take more. It reminds me of those annoying saleswomen. I stopped shopping there and started shopping at the Aviation Kiosk. I recommend it 100%, unlike these ..

Vou comunicar á Gerencia. Mesmo mal atendido, poderia ter comprado mais avioes mas ele nao estava para aí virado. Pena... Apesar do local ser um pouco recôndito, vale bem a procura e a visita! A Exposição e vendas recriam o espaço quer de um aeroporto, quer do interior de um avião; e disponibiliza um acervo grande de miniaturas Die Cast em eacalas 200 e 400, bem como outros artefactos da aviação comercial. Muito simpático acolhimento quer do Sr. Marco, quer do Sr. José Couceiro que tem um saber e conhecimento espantoso de airliners e da história. An absolutely extraordinary store, overlooking runway 03 of Lisbon Airport - Humberto Delgado and its exit taxiway. Although the place is a little hidden, it is well worth the search and visit! The Exhibition and sales recreate the space of either an airport or the interior of an airplane; and offers a large collection of Die Cast miniatures in eacalas 200 and 400, as well as other artefacts from commercial aviation. Very friendly welcome from Mr. Marco, whether from Mr. José Couceiro who has an amazing knowledge of airliners and history.

Went today , less than 24 hours after purchase to change it, however we were shocked at attitude and suggestions. Person in store said change was not possible but plane could be left in store to be fixed, and that probably my son had played with it and that's why it broke. My son spent most of these 24 hours between purchase and exchange either sleeping and in school today, these are collectibles and he doesn't play with them. Totally dissatisfied with attitude, assumptions and price. If you can avoid it, go for online shopping.
