★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is expensive for the services that it offers, namely: water, electricity and internet. The studios are small generally speaking. However, it is very well located and the neighbors are quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the pictures aren't accurate - the studio is nice (renting the standard studio) but there is no desk or table whatsoever despite being shown in the 3D models and that was a must for me to work and study. It's weird that a place that is advertised as being for young professionals and students wouldn't have such a basic piece of furniture. There is also quite a lot of activity from the other tenants during the night so the rules about not making noise from 10pm forward aren't enforced at all. The place itself isn't bad but would definitely not have rented here if I had known about all this.
