Venderam-me: na verdade impingiram-me um Smart Watch com um "seguro" com oferta da 1a mensalidade e que poderia cancelar no 1o mês. Uma dor de cabeça para cancelar o dito seguro e quando quis devolver o produto (sem usar, claro), uma dor de cabeça, uma reclamação e não o aceitaram de volta. Não se sentem responsáveis pelos produtos e seguros que vendem. Fiz a reclamação e tive de voltar lá a pedir a folha correcta, porque nem isso fazem bem (apesar do livro estar cheio de reclamações). Os vendedores e superiores deveriam ganhar o prêmio de falta de atenção ao cliente e incompetência.
They like to lose customers. I've never seen such a lack of consideration for the customer. They sold me: in fact they imposed a Smart Watch with a "insurance" with the offer of the 1st monthly payment and that I could cancel in the 1st month. A headache to cancel said insurance and when I wanted to return the product (without using it, of course), a headache, a complaint and they did not accept it back. They do not feel responsible for the products and insurance they sell. I made the complaint and had to go back there to ask for the correct sheet, because even that doesn't do well (despite the book being full of complaints). Salespeople and superiors should win the award for lack of customer service and incompetence.
