★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de estar localizado num sítio muito bonito e acolhedor, isso não se demonstra na qualidade de atendimento, com destaque especial do empregado Carlos que já foi rude (diversas vezes) não só para mim como também para muitos outros amigos e conhecidos meus, todos com histórias semelhantes à minha, ou seja, não foi só um caso raro de um mau dia que senhor Carlos podia ter, mas sim uma gigante falta de respeito e falta de profissionalismo sem consideração nenhuma pelas suas ações.
Despite being located in a very beautiful and welcoming place, this does not show itself in the quality of service, with special emphasis on the employee Carlos who has been rude (several times) not only to me but also to many other friends and acquaintances of mine, all with stories similar to mine, in other words, it was not just a rare case of a bad day that Mr. Carlos could have, but a huge lack of respect and lack of professionalism without any consideration for his actions.

I loved it. The staff is extremely friendly. The coffee is cozy. There are books available. Excellent location within the park of Caldas. Magnificent Toast and Toast XL :)
