★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out when they bring the "entrees". Commonly in Portugal you are served free olives and bread for a small starter. Here they serve likewise but also a plate (without explaining!) with different things like cheese, butter, a small can of sardines etc. which they charge you under "couvert" on the bill as soon as you touch it! Bloody cheek! You remain under the impression that it is free as well until you find the prices in the menu!
Rip-off!
Seafood of average quality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this restaurant as 2 couples at 7 pm. After we ordered our meals a lot if people join this restaurant. So we were lucky. Local and fresh foods. The staff was friendly and the owner great.
We can recommend the fish plate!
I'm sure we going to come back again in our holiday. Uncomplicated and nice evening :) thank you !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great local and authentic seafood place. It looks a bit like a pop up place in the middle of a field - which is Part of the attraction. If you are very fuzzy about hygiene (some flies) then you may not like it so much, but it was perfectly ok for our family. Great fish, good wines, friendly and chatty service and excellent ambience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now under new management and open for business (12:00 to 18:00 / closed Mondays). We had a lovely chicken piri piri which was cooked on an open grill, served with fries and covers. Live music on Sundays - but we didn't catch this. Will definitely be coming back for more.
