A very Impolite staff! I was sent to this company from Nanni Diesel trying to order a regulator suited to charge lithium batteries. At first the lady answering the phone was hysterical and yelling at me in the phone for speaking English. I had to understand that in Portugal we speak Portuguese and nothing else and basically told me to get lost for speaking English and hung up the phone. I tried to call them back like ten times before someone else picked up the phone because I couldn’t understand the reaction for not speaking English, it must have been a joke or I must have misunderstood the situation. I and asked for the price for the regulator. After waiting a couple days my girl who speak Spanish/Portuguese made the follow up call and still no price. After almost a week of course I already had ordered the part online for 360 ish € which also is the Normal store price they gave me a price of around 780€ For the unit. Stay away from this store, they are rude, slow and they will try to overcharge you of if they can.
