Gostei da atitude inicial quando me dizem que vão tentar resolver no decorrer da semana(foi feito o contacto na segunda-feira), na quarta-feira volto a ligar a pedir algum feedback, dizem que vão entrar em contacto na Quinta; Quinta não entram em contacto então ligo eu novamente na sexta, qual o meu espanto quando sou informado que não vão poder realizar porque vão entrar de férias na semana seguinte....Quando questionado o colaborador sobre o porquê de não ter feito esse exposto ou de não ter informado a meio da semana da impossibilidade de realizar o serviço não houve resposta.

I liked the initial attitude when they tell me that they will try to solve it during the week (contact was made on Monday), on Wednesday I call again asking for some feedback, they say they will contact me on Thursday; Thursday they do not contact me so I call again on Friday, what a surprise when I am informed that they will not be able to do it because they are going on vacation the following week .... When asked the employee why he did not do this or of not having informed in the middle of the week of the impossibility of performing the service, there was no answer.
