★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma encomenda com opção de correio urgente e recebi uma mensagem a avisar que seria enviado só depois de “as férias” terminarem. Sem qualquer aviso prévio, depois de pagar correio urgente. Tentei questionar se haveria forma de receber antes e recebi uma resposta pouco simpática.
 I placed an order with an urgent mail option and received a message notifying me that it would be sent only after “the holidays” ended. Without any prior notice, after paying urgent mail. I tried to question if there was a way to receive it before and received an unsympathetic response.
