★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this company. The workmanship was extremely shoddy. For instance, several insulation plates started sagging from the ceiling because ...... someone had forgotten to put in the screws.
The toilet connections had been badly made, so when we connected it, half the container flooded with water and we had to redo the entire installation not once, but twice, that was how bad the installation had been done. Nobody had checked it.
They also did not do the installation with new equipment: the tap in the toiler was clearly 2nd hand and way too big for the small basin.
But it gets worse. After we complained and sent the bill, we got a beautiful letter back. The company accepted the lack of quality control and apologized profusely. A small compensation would also be made to us (about 400 euros). We accepted the apology. But after months of waiting and several inquiries (standard answer: "next week").
It is now more than 7 months after the fact.
They can keep their 400 euros. Fed up.
Update: after having had our shower overflow regularly for a year and trying to unclog it, we finally realized that the pipes were simply to small in diameter. So we changed them (had to break open the floor ofcourse). Problem solved. So another basic design problem.
