Após um contrato de renting vendido com a maior das atenções com “drinks” e “porta chaves” e direito a passadeira vermelha, o dito contrato de renting terminou e sem o devido acompanhamento ao cliente receberam a viatura com os clientes ao relento na rua ao frio e chuva sem uma única cara conhecida ou grata por termos contratado o serviço, ficou a viatura e viemos de mãos a abanar nem um papel da entrega nem um “obrigado”.Para piorar, após termos tido o máximo em entregar a viatura nas melhores condições possíveis com reparações pagas por nós, vieram ainda voltar a cobrar as mesmas reparações alegando não estarem correctas. A viatura estava como nova. O pós venda também não foi prestável, após uma longa exposição do sucedido, apresentaram uma resposta curta e grossa “Não há nada a fazer.” Tomara, já tinham cobrado o valor que queriam... Enfim a viatura foi paga “várias vezes”... Vergonhoso!

The car was like new. After-sales was also not helpful, after a long exposure of what happened, they presented a short and thick reply “There is nothing to do.” Hopefully, they had already charged the amount they wanted ... Anyway the car was paid "several times" ... Shameful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira Experiência com o concessionário de Leira, em que danificaram o carro (tablier) em mais que um sítio, numa substituição de pára-brisas e após admitirem o erro no dia do levantamento do carro, ligam na semana seguinte dizendo que não se responsabilizavam pelos danos que cometeram, alegando que estes danos estavam já feitos.
De Salientar que este dano só é possível ser feito sem o pára brisas montado no carro, e que o tablier estava impecável assim como o carro no geral. Um carro praticamente novo.
Quisemos fazer substituição do vidro original (assinado) fruto de uma pedra em estrada, neste concessionário Mercedes... ao qual estamos bastante arrependidos.
Não recomendo este concessionário.
First experience with the Leira dealership, in which they damaged the car (dash) in more than one place, in a windshield replacement and after admitting the error on the day the car was picked up, they called the following week saying they were not responsible for the damages they committed, claiming that these damages were already done.
Note that this damage can only be done without the windshield mounted on the car, and that the dashboard was impeccable as well as the car in general. A practically new car.
We wanted to replace the original (signed) glass, the result of a stone on the road, at this Mercedes dealership... to which we are very sorry.
I do not recommend this dealer.
