★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior sofá que já tive. Aproveitam que muitos são recém chegados para venderem sofás de 200 euros por 500.
Sofá com espuma de baixíssima densidade demonstrou sinais de desgaste com menos de 6 meses. Hoje (2 anos) as almofadas estão afundadas e traz a pior experiência possível para quem senta ou deita. Tecido igualmente pobre e sofá com inconsistencies, desníveis, nas alturas e encaixes.
Tenho até vergonha de doar e jamais tentaria vender. Joguei dinheiro fora.
Evitem.
The worst sofa I've ever had. They take advantage of the fact that many are newcomers to sell sofas for 200 euros for 500 euros.
Sofa with very low density foam showed signs of wear less than 6 months. Today (2 years) the pillows are sunk and brings the worst possible experience for those who sit or lie down. Equally poor fabric and sofa with inconsistencies, unevenness, heights and fittings.
I'm even ashamed to donate and would never try to sell. I threw money away.
Avoid it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A porta estava fechada 1 hora mais cedo, e quando a funcionária olhou para a rua fingiu que não viu ninguém (e estavam 3 pessoas na rua). Atendimento muito fraco.
The door was closed 1 hour earlier, and when the clerk looked out into the street, she pretended she didn't see anyone (and there were 3 people on the street). Very poor service.

Lousy service, mediocre quality sofas, below expectations, if we have any problems with the sofas the line is always busy. I have a problem with a sofa for more than 4 months and they still haven't solved it or better not want to solve it.
